The City Council met in Special Session on the above date
at 7:00 PM with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The
following Councilmen and Officials were present:. Eb C.
Girvin, Carl Doering, Bill Connor, Marvin Lackey, William
C. Shell, City Manager Leo Wood, City Becretary Pat Caballero,
Public Works Airector W. L. Walden, City Planner Renee Hanson.
Request - Williamson Motion by Shell and seconded by Girvin to allow the Willaimson
County Arts Build - County Arts Build to reserve the Community Cencer for more
Community Centedr than 30 days in advance, with ' the understanding that the
Williamson County Arts Build shall be required to appear
before the council every time they wish to reserve the
Community Center for more than 30 days in advance. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
Ordinance - Amendment to Motion by Girvin and seconded by Shell to approve the ordinance
Utility Permits, Process, as read by Renee Hanson. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Ordinance - Amendment to Motion by Girvin and seconded by Connor to approve the
Capital Recovery Fee Ord. ordinance as read by Renee Hanson. Motion carried by

Ordinance - Call Bond At this time Councilman Doering submitted to the Council
Election, lst reading proposed changes to the upcomming bond election. Commor
as Emergency moved ana Lackey seconded to accept the new proposals
by Carl Doering reducing the G. 0. bonds to $4,110,000 and
I reducing Utility Revenue Bonds to $11,000,000.* Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
Mntion by Connor and seconded by Doering to approve the Bond
Election Ordinance as read by Monty Nitcholas. Motion carried
by unanimous vote. (Ord. Book #5, Page
Library Board Mayor Doerfler announced that Jessy Valdez, Parker McCullough,
Appointments (3) and Winifred Bonner were appointed to the Library Board.
Consider Hiring Council discussed the merits of hiring a city engineer.

Consider hiring Attorney The Council discussed the merits of hiring a city attorney.
Bills over $2,000. There being no bills over $2,000.00, no action was taken.
Adjourn There being no further business, a motion by Connor and
seconded by Doering and unanimous vote, the meeting was
adjourned.
