The following Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Carl Doering, Marvin Lackey, Bill Connor, William C. Shell, City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Jim Colbert, Public Works Director W. L. Walden, Tax/Finance Director Barbara Raney and City Planner Renee Hanson. Heritage Society - Motion by Doering and seconded by Shell to allow the George Use of Community town Heritage Society to use the Community Center October 2 Center 30, • free • charge4 Motion carried by unanimous • Main Street Report No action was taken on this matter. Ordinance - Motion by Connor and seconded by Shell to approve on second Abandonment of 20' and final reading an ordinance abandoning a 20 foot alley Alley between Blk. between Block 15 and 16 of the Southside Addition.
