BRAZOS RIVER AUTHORITY - WATER - REVIEW AND DISCUSSION At this time the council undertook a lengthy discussion regarding participation in the Brazos River Authority Regional Water System. 2. ORDINANCE - WILLIAMSON COUNTY CABLE VISION RATE INCREASE - 2ND READING Motion by Connor and second by King to approve The voting ixtent as +ollot.ixe .is: As the ordinance. I - King, Connor, and Girvin. No: Colbert. Motion carried. (Ordinance book #5, page 3. VARIANCE RIVER VIEW MALL Motion by Connor and second by Colbert to table this until the October 4 special council meeting. 4. MISC. No action taken on this matter. 5. ADJOURN Motion by King and second by Connor to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
