AN ORDINANCE AMINDING THE "SUBDIVISION ORDIN.,INCE"
PASSED AND ADOPTxr'D BY THE CITY OF GEORGETC17N ON
THE 13th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1969, BY AINI LADING ARTI-
CLE FOUR, SECTION 12, SUBSECTION 0 AEL,,1TIVE TO
THE FORM OF ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND BY AMENDING ARTI-
CLE FOUR, SECTION 8, SUBSECTION "D", l(a) and l(c)
TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM AREA OF RESIDENTIAL LOTS
FROM 7,000 SQUARE FEET TO 69000 SQUARE FEET AND
TO REDUCE iVIDTH OF SAME FROM 65 FEET TO 60 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
Section 1, Article Four, Section 12, Subsection "0" of the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas, is hereby amended to read as
follows:

Section 2. Part Four of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of George-
town, Texas "Section 81, Lots, Subsection'D'. MINIMUM SIZES FOR RESIDENTIAL
LOTS." Subsection l(a) and l(c) are hereby amended to read as follows:
111(a) Minimum width at building set -back line ----- 60 feet."
111(c) Minimum area of Lots within the City limits---6,000 square
feet."
The enactment of this ordinance being necessary to the immediate pre-
servation of public business it is hereby declared to be an emergency mea-
sure which shall be and take effect following tts first reading.
READ, PASSED AND APPROVED by unanimous vote this the 13th day of October,
1969.
