The City Council met in regular postponed session on the above data,
?`ayor C. S. Griffiths presiding, the following aldtrmen and officials'
were present: Alderman: J. T. Atkin, F. C. Smith, A. C. 770odfirs, and
Kennie '7ilsox--Ald. Prederieson absent on Taea,tion... City Manager lee
C. 'hack, Attorney for the City 7. H. 'Nunn: A. P. Pickle, Varskall,
M. L. Cates, Secretary.
'Manager 31a.ek read his monthly report, including other official re -
reports and the current bills amounting to $368.30. On motion of
Ald. Smith, seconded by Ald. 7ilsox the reports were reeeiTea and filed
and the bills ordered paid.
On motion of Alderman J. T. Atkin, seconded by Alderman Kennie Wilcox,
the Telephone Rate Ordinance was read in full and rassed unanimously
to the third reading. the follnwing wa.s the Tote: Ayes, Atkin, Smith,

Ordinance regulating the fees of City Recorder and Salary of City
