'Manager 31a.ek read his monthly report, including other official re - reports and the current bills amounting to $368.30. On motion of Ald. Smith, seconded by Ald. 7ilsox the reports were reeeiTea and filed and the bills ordered paid. On motion of Alderman J. T.
