Smith presiding, the following were present: B. H, Cruce, City 1Ianager, Aldermen: F. E. 3uchholz, J. R. Chastain, C. C. Hamilton, 1% P. Hoffman, Jr., and S. E. 'Wilcox. Officers: I% L. Cates, Secretary. Alderman Hamilton moved the minutes of the previous sessions of the council be approved. The motion was seconded br11 Ald. Buchholz and was carried. On motion of Alderman 77ilcox all approvee accounts were ordered paid, Alderman J. R. Chastain, ordinance committeeman, presented an Ordinance' leasing out the Airport Property and 11ovew that it be read in full. (898 Ordinance on page I66-A of these minutes.) Said Ordinance was read in full. On motion of Alderman Chastain the usual rules for passing ordinance vre suspended and the aforesaid ordinance be hereafter read by caption, snd upon being seconded by Alderman Hoffman the same was passed by the fol-I lowing vote: Ayes --Buchholz, Chastain, Hamilton, Hoffman, Yilcox. H, Hamilton, the nuual rules fo:, passing ordinances were again suspended, *providing the same be read by caption, and the ordinance was passed to the third reading by the following vote; Iyes--Buchholz, Chastain, Hamilton, Hoffman, -7ilcox. Chastain, presented an Ordinance sub -leasing the Georgetown Airport and moved that it be read in full. 2. E.
