It is understood and agreed that the property hereby leased is a part of
the property held by the City for potential park purposes and in the event the
Snn Gabriel Park Expansion Program extends to take in this property the Lessor
may terminate this lease by giv ing Lessee thirty (30) days notice, However.,
Lessee shall have a repsonuble time to remove any and all buildings and
structures from the premises.
It is further agreed that Lessee shall take good care of the property
and shall, at Lessee's own expense and cost, keep said premises in good

a program of clearance, rehabilitation, and redevelopment of an aren of
the City of Georgetown known am the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Agency
Project No. TEX H-102; and
