RESOLUTION:
BE !T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City I
Georgetown, Texas:
(1) That the Plat of Burnham Addition to the Cify of Georgetown,
Texas, attached hereto, be, and is hereby, approved, t t the owner
Yallie C. Burnham joined herein by her husband, Robert Burnhanw6f
all that certain tract of land designated as BURNHAM E PaTION to the
City of Georgetown, Texas, same being situated in the touthwest portion
of said city and being wholly within the corporate 1WIts of said city,
and being further described as the North part of Outloll 05 and the 6out'
part of Outlet $6, and being further described as bein: that certain tract
or parcel out of the btubblefield Survey conveyed to R;bert Burnham
by R. H. Fleming and wife, Leona Belle Fleming, in dee I dated Dee.25,1942,
recorded in Book 315), page 202 of the Wed Rucurds of jilliamson County,
Texas, save and except a 73/100 acre parcel from the Qkt#east corner
thereof, subsequently sold by Mallie C. Burnham to'B_4. (Pete) Hunt,
is authorized to file for record in the office of the aunty Clerk of
Vlliamson County, Texas, the map and/Vr plat of said :ract attached
hereto; and said County Clerk of williamson County, Teks, is hereby auth—
orized to accept for filing and to record said map and for plat of said tract
of land.
(2) In authorizing the filing and recording of aid map or plat
of said tract of land, the City Council of the City A Georgetown, Texas,
does not assume any obligation to:
(a) grade, improve or maintain streets VAR thereon unless
and until said City Council elects to do so.

N to construct, build, or naintain a sewerage line on
the streets so dedicated. The owner of each lot shall bear all
expense in connecting to present sewer lines unless otherwise
provided.
A the above also applies to water lines.
Adopted and approved at a regular meeting of the City
Council, City of Georgetown, on this the 14th, day of Uptember,
1959.
