Shall the City Council of the City of TocrEebown, Texas, be
authorized to issue 119b.000-00 of revenue bonds of saill. City, maturing
serially over a period of years not to exceed thirty Q!) years from

per annum, for the purpose of construating extensions xd improvements to

Propositions 2 and 3 are to be ratabley secured in suchlimanner that no

one bond shall have priority of lien over any other boni it being the intent hereof to provi3e for the creation of an indebtnilss against the
City's combined waterworks, sewer and electric light sy;tem for the purposes
stated in said Promositions 2 and 3, and such bonds sub; dtted under those
two propositions as are approved by the qualified voter; voting at the
election herein and hereby ordered, are to be issued in one or more
installments, but as a single combined authorization; aW the holder or
holders of such bonds shall never have the right to dem.11nd payment
thereof out of any funds raised or to be raised by maxi' tion,
Section 3- That said election shall be held the FIRE STATION,
in the City of Georgetown, Texas, (all of said City beidE included in or,

Absentee voting shall be conducted at the Office f the City
Secretary of the City of Georgetown, Oity Hall, Georgetop, Texas, anq
Notice thereof shall be posted in said Office at least t,enty k20 days
prior to the date fixed for said election.

visions of and in accordance with the laws governing the issuance of
Municipal bonds by cities, as provided in the General Laws of the State
of Texas, and only resident qualified property taxpaying voters of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, who own taxable property in said City and who
