On this the 9th day of Earch, 1964, the City Council of the City
of Peorgetown, Texas, was convened in regular session.at the regular
meeting place in the City Hall with the follo0ng members present,

Alderman Evans introduced an order and mol-ed its adoption. The
motion MA seconded by Alderman.Hoyt. The motion, carr:dng withlit,

NBERPAS, the City Council of the City of GeorgetoqR, Texas,
deems it necessary and advisable to issue the honds of Phe City of
Georgetown in the amounts and for the purposes hereinalger stated;

19% and the City Secretary is hereby directed to keep his office qpom
as heroin provided, for at least eight hours on each day for absentee
voting which is not a naturdoy, a Sunday, or an official state holiday.
Section 4. That said election shall be held under the pro-
visions of and in accorUnce with the laws governing the issurnee of
municipal bonds by cities, as provided in the Ueneral Laws of the State
of exas and only resident qualified property taxpaying voters of th
