E �,. •. r �.- 1, a: TO THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOW , TEXAS: The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of land, which is vacant and without residence or on which Tess than three (3) qualified voters reside, hereby petition your Honorable Body to extend the present City Limits so as to include, as a part of the City of Georgetown, Texas, the following described territory, to wit: Beginning at a concrete monument marking the intersection of the West right of way line of U. S. Interstate Highway No. 35 with. the North right-of-way line of Texas Ranch to Market Road No. 2243, from this concrete monument to the south- west corner of the before mentioned C. Stubblefield Survey, as marked. onthe ground by a fence corner, is located S 45deg. 02' 13" W 4397.27 feet; THENCE N 68 deg. 45' 41" E along said north right-of-way line of Texas Ranch to Market Road No. 2243 for a distance of 803.34 feet to a concrete monument marking the east ri(;htA-of-way line of said. U. S. Highway No. 35; TT1T",NCE N'68 deg .40; 35" E continue along said line of Ranch to Market Road. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file with the County Clerk of williamson County, Texas, a certified copy of this ordinance. The importance of thsi ordinance treats an emergency and an imperative public necissity that the rule requiring ordinances to be read at three several meetings be suspended, and this rule is hereby sus ended, and the ordinate shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption;.
