described in Vol. 503 Page 377 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas;

551.7 feet, the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of said Addition; N 820084,
51.03 feet across Easy Street of said Addition; N 70039'E, 140 feet to the South-
east corner of Highland Park Subdivision Revised;
THENCE N 1902M, at 480 feet the Northeast corner of Highland Park Subdivision,
and continuing for as total distance of 544.4 feet to a concrete monument marking the
lower Northwest corner of as tract of land owned by the Georgetown GAilroad Company
and described in Vol. 503, Page 216 of the Deed Records of viV'illituttson County,
Texas, said tract being known as the 22 acre tract;

Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown adopted Resolution Nwpber 133,
by which the Board accepted the bid of Clarence Tan': sley for the purchase of
parcel P-1, tract of land situated in the South San Gabriel Urban Renewal Project
No. TEX 'IR-102 and more particularly described in said Resolution; and,
WTHER CS, said Resolution Number 133, as an official action of the Urban
Renewal Agency of the City of Georgetown, is a public record on file in the office
of said Agency at 702 Austin Avenue, and said Resolution is incorporated herein
by reference for all purposes; and,
