AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, ASSIGNING ANNEXED
AREAS OF LESS THAN TEN ACRES TO A TRAFFIC
IMPACT FEE SERVICE AREA; REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS;
INCLUDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 12.46.160 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Georgetown areas of less than ten acres annexed into the city limits shall be assigned to a Traffic
Impact Fee Services and the service area map shall be updated; and
WHEREAS, certain areas annexed into the City since the adoption of the Traffic Impact
Fee Ordinances were not assigned to a service area at the time of annexation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of the public to assign those
unassigned areas to the appropriate traffic impact fee service area at this time.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The meeting at which this ordinance was approved was conducted in
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
Section 2. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this ordinance are hereby
found and declared to be true and correct and are incorporated by reference herein and expressly
made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim.
Section 3. The 10.00 acres annexed located at 200 Hillvue Road into the City Limits
pursuant to Ordinance No. 2022-26 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "E".
Section 4. The 1.56 acres annexed located at 407 Oak Crest Lane Georgetown, TX78628
into the City Limits pursuant to Ordinance No. 2022-13 is hereby assigned to Transportation
Service Area "B".
Section 5. The 5.815 acres annexed identified by Williamson County Appraisal District R
Property number R366132 into the City Limits pursuant to Ordinance No. 2022-35 is hereby
assigned to Transportation Service Area "E".
Section 6. The 0.929 acres annexed located at 1134 Bootys Crossing Road into the City
Limits pursuant to Ordinance No. 2023-33 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area `B".
Section 7. The 5.69 acres annexed located at 2400 FM 1460 into the City Limits pursuant
to Ordinance No. 2023-32 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "E".

Section 8. The 1.061 acres annexed located at 5411 Williams Drive into the City Limits
pursuant to Ordinance No. 2023-17 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "Sun City".
Section 9. The 9.441 acres annexed located at 720 SE Inner Loop into the City Limits
pursuant to Ordinance No. 2023-30 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "E". The
7.81 acres annexed identified by Williamson County Appraisal District R Property number
R039342 into the City Limits pursuant to Ordinance No. 2022-69 is hereby assigned to
Transportation Service Area "E".
Section 10. The 7.38 acres annexed located at 2530 FM 1460 into the City Limits pursuant
to Ordinance No. 2022-58 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "E".
Section 11. The 6.316 acres annexed located at 210 Blue Springs Boulevard into the City
Limits pursuant to Ordinance No. 2023-46 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "E".
Section 12. The 4.655 acres annexed located at 3101 W SH 29 into the City Limits
pursuant to Ordinance No. 2024-08 is hereby assigned to Transportation Service Area "D".
Section 13. All ordinances or resolutions that conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
are hereby repealed, and all other ordinances or resolutions of the City not in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 14. The City's Official Transportation Service Area Map shall be updated to
reflect the assignments of land in this Ordinance to their respective transportation service areas,
provided that such updates will be for mapping purposes only and no updates to the transportation
impact fee capital improvements plans or land use assumptions will be required
Section 15. If any provision of this ordinance, or application thereof, to any person or
circumstance, shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions, or
application thereof, of this ordinance, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or
application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
Section 16. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign this ordinance and the City Secretary
to attest. This Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and effect immediately in
accordance with the provisions of the City Charter of the City of Georgetown.
