HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 81-19 - Vacating a Utility Easement157 ORDINANCE NO. $1-19 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT LYING AND BEING SITUATED ON THE COMMON LINE BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 2 OF BLOCK FOUR IN OAK CREST, UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION TO WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD, PLAT RECORDS, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the Sunrise 00 Construction Corporation, the owner of land upon which the (o utility easement is located on the common- line betw7een Lott Iq 1 and 2 of Block Four in Oak ..rest, Unit One, a subdivision 0 Q to Williamson County, Texas (and described in Exhibit. "I " a attached hereto) ; WHEREAS petitioner states that lots 1 and 2 as clesc N above are owned by Sunrise Construction Corporation: �.,.nc.' Sunrise ^onsfiructlon Corporation has construc-'�tea a ho�_,se on both of the lots and over the utility easement, th =r z utility easement all the way around both the lots aiid that, zi -, utility easement on the common line between the lots is now being used and is no longer needed.
