HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 82-31 - Amending the Annual Budget3/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 1982, AND ENDING AUGUST 30, 1983, A FINDING THAT A GRAVE PUBLIC NECESSITY EXISTS, ESTABLISHING A SINKING FUND AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF WILLIA14SON COUNTY, TEXAS BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown that the City cf Georgetown Budget for its fiscal year beginning September 1, 1982, and ending August 30, 1983, be amended as follows: "UTILITY FUND - RESTRICTED CAPITAL PROJECTS" at page 37 of the said budget is hereby amended to read as follows: BUDGET EST. -ACT. PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading this 15th day of November,'1982, and to become effective immediately on such firs t reading as such passage is deemed to be an emergency for the reason that the immediate enforcement of this Ordinance is necessary in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the City.
