Presentation of Animal Services Statistics for March 2023 - April Haughey, Animal
Services Manager, Board Liaison
Intake was the highest it's been since October, 2022, with owner surrenders at
15%r
Return to Owner 1 % and 52 adoptions, LRR was g I .
Spay/Neuter Cat Clinics had high attendance.
Length of stay stir a challenge for dogs, but the new modular kennel space
corning online will help,
337 A O ells resulted in 27 warnings and 100 violations. Wildlife nuisance
dangerous dugs, and dogs at large were higher than previous months,
The public is actively engaging with the shelter social media accounts

Presentation and discussion on results of TX [ SHS inspection from December 2022

There were'no surprises can the TX DSHS inspection and the facility passed the
inspection.
1.13 Potential Partnership with WCRAS
Discussion on the current status of the exploration of a partnership between the City of
Georgetown Animal Shelter and Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. - April

The inclusion of the project RFQ on the 11/23 band election was presented to
Council can April 11,

The modular kennels pissed inspection and are now occupied.
Public Wishing to Address the Board

table at the entrance to the meeting room. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item can which you wish
to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the Mart of the meeting. You will be called forward to spew
when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting
being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak: If you wish to speak for
six minutes, it is permissible to use another requester's granted time to speak. No more than six minutes fora
speaker may be granted. The re ue for granting time to another speaker must also submit a form and be present
at the meeting,
