BE IT ORDA =ED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any owner,
operator, or person in che-rge of any automobile, or other vehiclg
,that is then and there being offered for sale, or which is
then and there being exhibited for sale; or from which any
goods, wares, or merchandise, is then and there being ex-
hibited for sale or offered for sale, to than andthere park
or stop such automobile for a longer period of time than One
hour, at any one place, on any public street of the said CiV.
That any person violating this ordinance shall be fined in any
sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be cumulative of
all other ordinances, regulating traffice, and controlling
the streets of said City. That no ordinance, not in direct
conflict herewith, shzi 1 be repealed hereby.
Section 3. That the fact, that there is no ordinance
of this City covering the matters contained in this ordinance,
creates an emergency and public necessity that this ordinance
be pa=sed under a suspension of the rules and that it take
effect from and after its passage and publication.
