Minutes of the Village PID Advisory Board City of Georgetown, Texas Monday, June 12, 2023 The Georgetown Village PID Advisory Board met on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Public Safety Facility, 3500 DB Wood Rd. The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Michael D Charles, James F Levis, John D Mckinney, Ashlee Meerscheidt, William L Whitehead 1.B Present Preliminary Service and Assessment Plan Update (SAP), including the 5- year Service Plan, Assessment Roll and Budget Board to take action on the Preliminary Service and Assessment Plan Update. Then notice will be provided to property owners regarding the public hearing on the proposed levy of assessments and City council will consider the levy of assessments and the preliminary Service and Assessment Plan Update. – Allison Snyder, Partner, P3Works, LLC – City of Georgetown’s PID Administrator Snyder led the board with the budgeting process for updating the Service and Assessment plan which includes the 5-year Service Plan. The board recommended approval of the presented annual service and assessment plan SAP, including the 5-year service plan, assessment roll and budget. Public Wishing to Address the Board On a subject that is posted on this agenda: Please fill out a speaker registration form which can be found on the table at the entrance to the meeting room. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item on which you wish to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called forward to speak when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. If you wish to speak for six minutes, it is permissible to use another requestor’s granted time to speak. No more than six minutes for a speaker may be granted. The requestor granting time to another speaker must also submit a form and be present at the meeting. O n a subject not posted on the agenda: A request must be received by the A dvisory Board or C ommission L iaison prior to the day the agenda for this mee*ng is posted. Each speaker will be given three minutes to address the Board or Commission members. No action can be taken. Adjournment Charles adjourned the meeting at 6:13 PM.
