1.0 Facade & Sign Grant Fund Program
Discussion and possible action on updates to the Main Street Facade and Sign Grant
Program - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director
Moved by Michele D Jaroszewski-Webb; seconded by Markus Lindsey to Approve
changing the Sign Grant Fund Program to offer a minimum of $ 1,000 up to a maximum

Discussion of annual volunteer appreciation holiday party - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown
and Tourism Director
The next meeting will be on December 8th at the Monument Cafe from 8:30 to 10:00
am.
1.E Project Team & Partner Updates
Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and BRE Visits - Kim McAuliffe,
Downtown and Tourism Director
- The 2023 Ornament will be arriving next week and will go on sale Friday November
24th with a price $35.
- Event Updates:
• Jingle & Mingle was another successful event this year.
• Lighting of the Square next Friday, November 24th at 6pm
• Small Business Saturday from 10am - 5pm
Silvermoon Holistic Market will have booths setup by the Library as well.
• Coffee & Coco Crawl from 1 Oam - 2pm
o There will be Free photo booth and Frosty The Snowman will be attending
the event.
• Annual Christmas Stroll will be on December 1st and 2nd.
• Wine Swirl has started taking signups for the 2024 event.
1.F Staff Report
Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director
Kim shared with the board how the Workshop with City Council went regarding the
Downtown Master Plan, which included parking, height and density and Blue Hole.
