Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Trisha RTallman, Michele Djaroszewski-Webb, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Evan Cuyler, Markus Lindsey Voting Against: None 1.0 Planning Staff Introductions Introduction of Assistant Planning Director, Kimberly Spencer and Historic Downtown Planner, Olivia Beams - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown & Tourism Director Kim Mcauliffe introduced Kim Spencer, Assistant Planning Director and Olivia Beams, Historic and Downtown Planner to the board. The board then introduced themselves to the staff. 1.[J Annual Volunteer Appreciation Holiday Party Discussion of annual volunteer appreciation party- Hjrn McAuliffe, Downtown & Tourism Director The Board discussed the timing and location of the Volunteer Appreciation Holiday Pa rty. 1.E Main Street America Accreditation Review Review part of the Annual Main Street Accreditation and begin self -scoring assessment - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown &Tourism Director Kim lead the Board through the Main Street Americ Accreditation form and worked to complete some of the items that are required to be completed. 1.F Project Team & Project Updates Discussion onProject Tearns,Partnerupdates and BREVisits - Michele ]arqszeVuski' VVebb.Board[hair • Coffee and Cocoa Crawl - still trying to get participating businesses. Close to selling out on the tickets for this year's event. The team showed an advertisement video for the event. • Georgetown Swirl - the artwork has been finalized, and advertisements should be coming out soon. Continuing towork mnsponsorships for the event, tickets will goonsale onDecember 2ndfor the event occurring Saturday, March 1.2O25' from 5:30'8:30 p.m. # Annual Christmas Ornament & Christmas Cards - should be in before December and will beonsale |nthe Visitors Center.
