The Georgetown Main Street Advisory Board met on Friday, December 13, 2024 at MO AM at city Hall,
808 Martin Luther King, Jr Street.

1.E Project Team & Project Updates
Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and BRE Visits - Evan Cuyler, Board
Vice Chair
• Coffee & Cocoa Crawl -this year's event sold out and had great involvement. The
take aways from the surveys staff have collected are: increased visitors to shops
that participated, half of the stores saw an increase in sales during the event, and
people didn't feel like they had enough time to shop during the event.
• Georgetown Swirl - VIP Tickets have sold out, and 213 general admission tickets
have been sold. So far: 7 wineries and 4 restaurants have signed up to participate.
BRE Visits - As part of this year's Business Surveys, businesses were able to select
• BRE visits to be conducted, so staff is working to get these compeleted. Breakfast
Bites - November's event was a good program and had a good turn out. The next
event will be in March.
Preservation Georgetown= Home tour kick off will be tonight and the tours will be
on Saturday and Sunday.
City Center Project - The City plans to break ground on this project in the new
* year.
1.F Staff Report
Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director
• Volunteer Hour Tracking - Allyson created anew QR code for board members to
use for tracking their volunteer hours.
• Grant Fund - All grants have been paid out and applications will begin again in
January.
• January meeting will be held on January 17, 2025.
