APPROVE MINUTES Motion was made by Tom Swift to accept the November 14, 1996, minutes and the minutes from a special meeting on November 21, 1996. Cheryl Mize seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous vote. II. CITIZENS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD None III. RENEWAL OF CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS WHOSE TERMS HAVE EXPIRED Current members whose terms are expiring include Kathryn Stallard, Mark Moore, Debbie McGarry, Joyce Gadison, and Tom Swift. Those members reapplying are Debbie McGarry, Joyce Gadison, and Tom Swift. IV. GOALS FOR 1997 Kathryn encouraged members to think about new ideas for fund raising V. INFORMATION FROM BOARD MEMBERS AND DIRECTOR VI. ADJOURN Meeting was adjourned by Joyce Gadison and seconded by Tom Swift.
