The Georgetown Strategic Partnerships for Community Services will meet to review grant application scores and determine grant allocations forthe FY23-FY24 cycle for recommendation to the City Council. The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Paul Secord (Board Chair), Jennifer Ridings-Myhra, Alexia Griffin, Jerry Huffman Absent: Carly Kehoe Staff Attending: Jessica Clarke, Assistant to the City Manager 1.A Roll Call & Call to Order --- Paul `record, SPCS Board Chair Roll Call & Call to Order --- Paul Secord, SPCS Board Chair Completed at the beginning of the meeting. 1.13 Approve minutes for the July 25, 2023 meeting --Jessica Ire, Assistant t the City Manager Approve minutes for theJuly 25, 2023 meeting --Jessica Clarke, Assistant to the City Manager Completed. Minutes were approved by Board members. 1.0 Grant AllocationRecommendations Vote to confirm Board selections of awardees and grant amounts based on SPCS criteria, for recommendation to the City Council. The Board reviewed the grant recommendations that Paul, Alexia, and Jennifer voted on at the July meeting and corrected for a $15K overallocation due to an Excel formula error. The Board re -voted on the $15K in reductions. The Board verified that grant awards fit within the available $400,049. Vote to confirm Board selections of awardees and grant amounts based on SPCS criteria, for recommendation to the City Council. Board members voted for grant allocations. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item on which you wish to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called forward to speak when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. If you wish to speak for six minutes, it is permissible to use another requestor's granted time to speak. No more than six minutes for a speaker may be granted.
