The Georgetown Strategic Partnerships for Community Services met on July 25, 2023 at 8:30 AM in the
City Hall Garden View Conference Room at 808 Martin Luther King Jr. Street.

table at the entrance to the meeting room. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item on which you wish
to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called forward to speak
when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting
being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. If you wish to speak for
six minutes, it is permissible to use another requestor's granted time to speak. No more than six minutes for a
speaker maybe granted. The requestor granting time to another speaker must also submit a form and be present
at the meeting.

Minutes were approved by Board members.

The Board will review each Board members scores of each grant application and discuss
which applications best meet the SPCS grant award criteria.
All applications were scored. Board members discussed their scores and presented each
application to fellow Board members. The Board ranked applications according to scores and
suggested initial grant amounts. Board members also reviewed historical trends in grant
awards by the Board for each applicant. The Board verified that grant awards fit within the
available $400,049.

Vote to confirm Board selections of awardees and grant amounts based on SPCS criteria, for
recommendation to the City Council.
