Conference Room at the Parks and Recreation Building, located at 1003 N. Austin Ave. Georgetown,
Texas.

Youth Advisory Board Mission Statement
The Georgetown Youth Advisory Board provides a means for youth to unite the community,
promote healthy decisions and create leadership skills to create solutions for the benefit of all.
Notice is hereby given that the Georgetown Youth Advisory Board will hold a meeting on
Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Parks and Recreation
Building, located at 1003 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown, Texas.

Meredith Klipple, Will Foster, Fernando G. Romero, Jr., Kaci Rogers, Vishal Galani, Meredith Morrow,

1.Meeting call to order at 4:50 by Phillip May.
2.March Maddness will be held at the Rec. Friday March 3rd.3.Discussion and
possible action on Georgetown City Limits - Brenda J. Culver
3.Brenda J. Culver opened discussion on sending Notification to members who have fallen
below the attendance requiremnets a letter of their removal from the board.The following
members will be replaced: Meredith KIpple, Fernando G. Romero, Kaci Rogers, Vishal Galani,
Meredith Morrow, Rebecca Counts, Jonathan Soape, Jonathan Patterson.
4.House bill 914 was discussed. No action taken.
5. Phillip may moives to adjourn. Melissa McNutt seconds.
