Parks and Recreation Administration Conference Room, located at 1101 N. College Street, Georgetown,

The Georgetown Youth Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Wednesday , October
3, 2007.
Board Members Present:
Kelsey Wright, Crystal Pratt, Kate Doocy, Amanda Hanson-Emerson, Melissa McNutt, Rachel Mcnutt,
Jacob Wolfman, Will Foster, Sam Doocy(visitor)
Board Members Absent:
Jackie Sobreanes, Morgan Lyons, Adam McDonald, Corey Pierson
Staff Present:
Brenda J. CUlver, Staff Liason
Minutes
Regular Meeting
1.Meeting called to order at 5:25 p.m. by Chairperson, Amanda Hanson-Emerson.
2. The Board reviews applications for Sam Doocy, Ryan Varner & Shawn Hicks. Kar
Doocy moves to recommend all three applicants to the City Council for appointment to the
Board. Will Foster seconds. All in favor 8-0
3. Jacob Wolfman opens the discussion on the Haunted Hayride scene. The scary
jack-in-the box scene will be made with large decorated boxes and the board members will meet
on the 17th of October to decorate and prepare for the event. Haunted Hayride is October 25,
2007 in the San Gabriel Park.
4. Melissa McNutt leads the discussion on GYAB Calendar. Next meeting scheduled for
October 17, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. here at the Rec. Admin.Offices.
5.Crystal Pratt moves to adjourn at 6:05 p.m. Jacob Wolfman seconds.
