and Recreation Administration Conference Room, located at 1101 N. College Street, Georgetown, Texas

The Georgetown Youth Advisory Board of the City of Georgetown, Texas, met on Tuesday , March 6,
2007.
Board Members Present:
Candice Butler, Ann Evans, Rachel McNutt, Melissa McNutt, Amanda Emerson, Kate Doocy, Crystal
Pratt, Jacqueline Soberanes, Morgan Lyons
Board Members Absent:
Kammie Wolfman, Erin Hildebrandt, Jacob Wolfman, W ill Foster, Adam McDonald, Corey Pearson

Meeting Minutes
March 6, 2007
1. Meeting called to orderat 5:27 by Amanda hanson- Emerson.
2.Ann Evans motions to approve the Janusary 30, 2007, meeting minutes. Amanda
seconds. All in favor 9-0
3. Georgetown City Limits iswill be April 20, 2007, in San Gabriel at the Gazebo from 7-11
p.m. Kate & Crystal will talk to the bands. Melissa & Amanda will make flyers.
4. Report to City Council discussed. Amanda motions that the Board will work on a
Powerpoint presintation for the Council at the Retreat. Rachel seconds. All in Favor 9-0
5. Melissa motions that the Retreat be set for March 23 & 24, 2007, at the Recreatioon
Center. There will also be March madneees Basketball games on that evening that the group will
assist with.Kate seconds. All in favor 9-0
6. Amanda motions to adjourn at 5:45 p.m., Crystal seconds.
