Board Members Present: Tyler Willrich, Sara Peacock, Claire Janes, Jade Moffett, Kaylee Spielman, Bailey Vandegrift, Parker Tadlock Board Members Absent: Alicia Kellum, Kokie Cummings, Rachel Konovodoff, Frances Stone Staff Present: Katie Sofranko Minutes Regular Meeting Meeting called to order at 6:02pm Consideration and possible action to approve minutes from March 19 meeting- Rachel Konovodoff -Motion Peacock,second Willrich to move item to next meeting.Vote unanimous to move agenda item to April 23 meeting Presentation of event and project ideas that demonstrate GYAB values- GYAB members -Motion Peacock, second Moffett to adopt a GYAB Community Service Flyer to circulate in community with service opportunities for youth. Vote unanimous to create a community service flyer Consideration and possible action to support Georgetown Project youth survey- Katie Sofranko -Motion Peacock, second Vandegrift to support and promote the youth survey which gathers information about what issues are important to youth in Georgetown. Vote unanimous to support and promote youth survey Consideration and possible action to adopt programs that advocate for youth in Georgetown- Tyler Willrich -Motion Willrich, second Peacock to move agenda item to next meeting. Vote unanimous to move agenda item to April 23 meeting Meeting adjourned 6:40pm
