The Georgetown Youth Advisory Board met Monday, May 7th, at 6:30 pm at 1003 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown,
TX 78626.
This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized
by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code 551.)

A Call to Order
Carly Cash called the meeting to order at6:35 pm.
Present: Alvin Gusman, Tate Nicholson, Carly Cash, David Zimbrano, Alex Zimbrano
Absent: Katherine Massey, Nick Ganski
C Upcoming events for 2018 — Arica Kolb, Recreation Supervisor
Upcoming events include Sunset Movie series on May 7. Next meeting is on June 4. Teen Event
in December. Possible Kite festival in the Spring.
D Leadership Camp 2018; June 25-29 — Arica Kolb, Youth Program Coordinator
Leadership Camp is June 25-29 and board members will be presenting at the camp. We also
discussed the set up of the Leadership Camp.
Legislative Regular Agenda
Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes from the April 2, 2018 Youth
Advisory Board Meeting
Motion made to approve the minutes by Carly Cash and seconded by Alvin Gusman.
Approved: 5-0-2
Adjournment
Meeting was adjourned at7:04pm.
