The Georgetown Arts and Culture Advisory Board met on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 4'30 PM at
Georgetown City Hall, 808 Martin Luther King Jr St.

1.A Call to order

1.13 Arts & Culture Announcements
Announcements - David Valdez, Board Chair
• New board member Diane S. introduced herself to the other board members.
• The Palace Theater is showing Fiddler on the Roof until July 6th.
• Doug Smith Performance Center is hosting several concerts :July 19th will be
Bluegrass Night and August 16th will be Soul & R&B.
• GISD is currently on summer break.
• Williamson County Art Guild will host Art Spark Texas' 16th Annual Veterans Art
Exhibit from November 6th - November 30th. They will also begin planning for
their 50th Anniversary next year.
• Preservation Georgetown will begin planning their December Home Tours for
2025.
• Texas Photography Festival will be hosting a Photo Walk in Holland Tx on June
21 st.

Discussion of Economic Impact Study with Stover and Associates - Amanda Still, Arts
and Culture Program Manager
Molly and Kyle from Stover and Associates kicked off the stake holder engagement for
the Economic Impact Study. They asked the board several questions and the board
gave their ansvxers/feedback oneach ofthese question.
