The following Members were in attendance: Present were: Robert C Case, Sammy R Jones, Mike Triggs, Benjamin H Butler, Laura Klein Plunki Public Wishing to Address an Advisory Board Please fill out a speaker registration form which can be found on the table at the entrance to the meeting room. Clearly print your name and the letter of the item on which you wish to speak and present it to the Board Liaison prior to the start of the meeting. You will be called forward to speak when the Board considers that item. Only persons who have delivered the speaker form prior to the meeting being called to order may speak. Speakers will be allowed up to three minutes to speak. If you wish to speak for six minutes, it is permissible to use another requestor's granted time to speak. No more than six minutes for a speaker may be granted. The requestor granting time to another speaker must also submit a form and be present at the meeting. A request must be received by the Advisory Board or Commission Liaisor prior to the day the agenda for this meeting is posted. Each speaker will be given three minutes to address the Board or Commission members. No action can be taken at this meeting. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Robert C Case, Mike Triggs, Benjamin H Butler, Sammy Rjones, Laura Klein Plunkett Voting Against: None 13 December Board Meeting Vote Consideration and possible action to approve cancellation for December 19, 20024, Ci of Georgetown Electric Utility Advisory Board Meeting. -- Robert Case, Board Chair I Moved by Sammy R Jones; seconded by Laura Klein Plunkett to Approve cancellation of December 2024 Board Meeting. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Robert C Case, Mike Triggs, Benjamin H Butler, Sammy Rjones, Laura Klein Plunkett Voting Against: None I.0 Electric Monthly Operating Report Discussion regarding the Electric Monthly Operat ons Report -- Danie Bet apudi; General Manager of Electric Utility Board Member Benjamin Butler raised a question regarding the streetlight charges in Georgetown and suggested a routine cost review along with an audit to better manage expenses. City Manager David Morgan clarified that the management of streetlights, along with the combined water and streetlight bills, applies to all residents within the Georgetown City Limits.
