Main Street - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown & Tourism Director Moved byjennifer L Ridings-myhra; seconded by Rachel Cummins to Approve the amount of $4,996. Motion Approved: 5- 0 Voting For: Trisha R Tallman, Michele D jaroszewski-Webb, Rachel Cummins, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Markus Lindsey Voting Against: None I.F 2025-2026 Main Street or Plan Discussion and possible action on the 2025-2026 Main Street Work Plan - Michele J. Webb, Main Street Board Chair Moved by Markus Lindsey; seconded by Trisha R Tallman to Approve the 2025-2026 Main Street Work Plan as presented. Motion Approved with amendment: 5- 0 Voting For: Trisha R Tallman, Michele D jaroszewski-Webb, Rachel Cummins, Jennifer L Ridings-myhra, Markus Lindsey Voting Against: None I.G in Street Volunteer Lunches Discussion on reviving the quarterly Main Street volunteer lunches - Trisha Tallman, Main Street Board Member Trisha discussed having the Volunteer Lunches once a quarter, beginning in August. Planning will continue and be presented at a later meeting date. 1.H Project Team & Partner Updates Discussion on Project Teams, Partner updates, and EIRE Visits - Michele Jaroszewski- Webb, Board Chair Gabby Vega the New Special Events and Marketing Coordinator for the Downtown and Tourism Department was introduced to the board. Breakfast Bites will be back in September and November. Fundraising Events: • Blazin' Beer Crawl - Sharon gave and update on the event and shared that VIP will begin at 11:00am this year and go until 1:00pm, with General Admission starting at 1:00pm and the event will end at 5:00pm. • Annual Ornament - design ideas are under way. Leadership Georgetown through the Chamber has opened their applications. Arts & Culture is working on an Economic Impact Report. - BRIE Visits are back and staff is working with businesses to complete these. 1.I Staff Report Staff Report - Kim McAuliffe, Downtown and Tourism Director • Business Updates • There will be a new Thai restaurant going into Feugo's location on the main floor and there will be a spa located upstairs. • Red Horn, Georgie's, and Vera Gallery have all officially opened. • Haji Moto Ramin & Sake Bar, Junipers Cocktails & Kitchen, and Schoepfs BBQ will all be opening soon. • Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen is doing a pop-up bistro at Lark & Owl Booksellers/ • Bella & Birdie and All Things New have moved off the square and are now located in the Williamsbug Center. • There was unfortunately damage/theft of one of the sculptures located on the square. • Parking Garage - staff got to tour it on Monday, they are still anticipating completion by November of this year. There are some public art spaces that are being considered by the Arts & Culture Advisory Board. Adjournment Moved by Markus Lindsey; seconded by Trisha R Tallman to Adjourn 10:00am.
