IThe January meeting of the Library. Board was called to order by Vice -
Chairman Williams. The minutes of the December meeting were approved,
as read. Mrs. Winters presented the financial report for December.
As of December 30 1978 the United Way balance was 077$.70- and
the operating funds balance was $19-�16.98.
The Board regretfully accepted the resignation of Mrs. Frances Mayo.
The secretary offered to send letters of appreciation and thanks to
'Mrs. Mayo,• and Ms. Seever for their ,years of service.
Mrs. Philpot reported to the Board problems ftith the book drop, and
collection of overdue books from individuals -who refuse to return them.
Mr. Williams 8ffer.td to check with the Post Office on the exact location
of the dellntuuent family.
Revisions of by-laws and appointments to the Board were tabled till
next W& month.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
