Library Board Meeting —December 5, 1984 - 11:00 A.M.
Members present: Bonner, McCollough, Philpot, Seever, Sullivan,
Weir, Williams
Meeting called to order by Barbara Seever.
Treasurer's report given by Mr. Williams and was accepted as read.
Mrs. Philpot's report was read and accepted.
Old Business: There will be a Friends of the Library meeting on
Thursday, December 13, at 10:00 A.M. in the Library.
New Business: Report from Mrs. Philpot on Christmas Stroll. There will
be storytelling in the Library for the older children. Volunteers for
this are Mrs. Seever and Mrs. Petty. Stories for the preschoolers will
be told by Southwestern students. Also, Lynn Koy will do a flannelboard
story at 7:30 P.M. Books will also be checked out until 9:00 P.M.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
