Library Board Meeting - February 6, 1985 - 11:00 A.M.
Members Present: Parker McCollough, Dorian Sullivan, Winfred Bonner,
Marjorie Youngman, Nancy Benold, Verne Philpot,
Gwen Morrison, Marjorie Herbert
Treasurer's Report: Read and accepted.
01d Business: Possibility of working with Heritage Society on use of
International House not feasible. Friends of the Library met, but no
one has a report on this.
New Business: Nancy Benold, Parker McCollough and Verne Philpot will
present a proposed 1985-86 budget at the March 6 meeting.
Plan to invite Leo Wood to next Board meeting to discuss future of
Library Building Program --availability of City property, etc. Need
to also address problem of leaks.
Check into getting money from City to hire an architect so that we
have a definite plan.
Dorian Sullivan moved that we accept Marjorie Youngman as the Board's
lay representative. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
