11:00 A.M.
Members Present: Parker McCollougb, Winfred Bonner, Marjorie Herbert,
Gwen Morrison, Marjorie Youngman, Nancy Snead,
Nancy Benold, Verne Pbilpot
Each Board member presented information about the various architectural firms
they had investigated. The Board decided to have interviews with the following firms:
1. Voelter Associates, Georgetown
2. Rodney Mackey & Co., League City
3. Shefelman & Nix, Austin
G. Lundgren and Baez, Austin
5. 14MJ Design Associates, Thomas Eyeington, Austin
(in association with Whitaker, McQueen, Jones & Associates)
6. William Hidell, Dallas
Parker will notify these firms and set up interviews on Tuesday, December 3,
at 11:00 A.M. and Thursday, December 5, at 11:00 A.M. All Board members are
urged to attend these interviews.
The meeting was adjourned by 12:00.
