Promotion of library use
Fundraising for library materials and services

Professionalization of library services

Selected Library Services Director with Masters in Library Science (MLIS)
Supervised construction of new library building
Moved library into new facility
Implemented non-resident fee
Had grand opening to introduce new facilities to the community

Strengthening of book collection and support of adequate staffing
Promotion of library services to the community
Fund-raising for library services and materials
