EORGETOWN PUBLIC LIBRARY
Library Board Meeting — Tuesday, December-1, 1987 at 12z00 noon
Members present. Winfred Bonner, Gwen Morrison, Marjorie Youngman,
Dorian Sullivan, Nancy Benold, Nancy Snead,
Marjorie Herbert, Judy Duer
Old Business.
1.. Nancy Snead reported can automation meeting - group will meet
again December 3.
2 Judy reported on the filing of annual reports with state and city.
3. Motion was made, seconded and approved to recommend to the city
to revise policy concerning user fee. Starting May 1988, if a person
can show proof of owning property within the city, the user fee will
be waived.
. Gwen reported that C.D. at First National will pay 7% interest.
ltew Business:
1. Judy requested that we buy classic books with money in gifts and.
memorials. Motion made to purchase requested books and also other
books as needed. Motion passed.
NEXT MEETING WILL BE TUESDAY, JANUARY 5, 1988 AT 12.00 NOON
