Library Board Meeting -Tuesday, January 5, 1988 at 12:00 noon

1. Nominations for officers for 1988:
President - Parker McCollough
Vice Pres. - Nancy Benold
Secretary - Dorian Sullivan
Treasurer -- Marcus Pritchett
Officers nominated and approved,
. User Fee Policy:- Hartley Sappington suggested that changing
policy has the potential of causing many problems for the
library staff. Discussion on user fee was tabled.
3. furniture: Greg has requested permission to negotiate with
furniture vendors on late charge fee for delinquent furniture.
4. Judy requested permission to purchase books using gifts and
memorials fund.
Meeting, adjourned at 1s00 P.M.
