Library Board Meeting - Tuesday, March 1, 1988 at 12z00 noon

Old Business:
1. Art Guild has not made a decision on placing, art in Library. Linda Davis
requested permission to investigate different systems for hanging art.
. Judy showed Board a representative sampling of books purchased with monies
from special account. Judy requested buying a current set of Collier's
Encyclopedia, 1988 Directory of Texas Manufacturers, and Magazine Article
Summaries from special account. Approved.
New Business:
1. Heritage Societyy has requested placing historic photos of Mayfair in the
Library during the month of May. Approved.
. Kenneth McCalla has offered to loan the Library a 6' x 81 tapestry to be
hung and mounted by him. Approved...
8, It was suggested that Virgil. Carlson prepare tax return. Approved,
4. Judy requested letting Xerox put a Machine in the Library. The Library
would receive 25/ of revenue. Approved.
Meeting adjourned at 12:45 PM.
