August 10, 1993 1: 00 p.m.
Library Board Room
Those present were Jean Mendez, Tomi Spence, Morton King, Pat
Ball and Mary Pat McLaughlin. We did not have a quorum for this
meeting, so no business could be conducted, and no minutes were
necessary. There was some informal discussion of several items, but
no action was taken. All the items on the agenda will be carried over
to the September meeting.
There also was not a quorum for the 501(c)(3) Board meeting, and
that agenda will also be postponed until September.
