1. The minutesof the August 1 "3, ' 1 meetinq were approved a

B. Mr.Seever has requested that Mrs.Seever's ashes be distributed on
the library qr dnd . MaryPat checked with th the Health Dept., and
found that there is no problem. J.Shanklin moved (l .Ball nd)
that Mr.Seever be allowed to distribute Mr ,.. a v ' , ashes on the
Library qr and _ in a private ceremony. Motion carried.
3. . end moved (3 Bhanklin nd;) that the Round Rock reciprocal
burr wins aqreement be renewed with an additional clause in the
contract statinq that the aqreement is an n-goninq aqreement
which may be cancelled by either party with 3 -clays notice.
Motion carried
It was noted that durinq the initial --month term of the
aqreement, 32 Georqetown patrons used the Round Rock Library,
checkinq out 332 Round Rock books; and 39 Round Rock patrons use
the Georqetown Library taking out 539 books.
The difference between the reciprocal burr wi nq aqreement and
interlibrary Nana was also discussed

. a) The fire -alarm in the Library mdlf nctin d and had to b
repaired. The qen ral. sub -standard work done by the contractors
was discussed.
b)Tickets are available at the Library for the Friends of the
Library Mystery Might "Murder at the dancer House"
c)Maryl at received a Thank -you note from the Literacy Council
of. Williamson County for her particiapation and for the use of the
facility.
d)The Board wishes Tomi Spence a speedy recovery: her- presence
e
is greatly missed by all.
