Present: Judi Shanklin, Morton King, Pat Ball, Amelia
Washington, Jean-Marie Mendez, Mary Beth Huba, Tomi Spence, Mary Pat
McLaughlin.
Absent: Robert Horick
Nancy Snead arrived at 12:10
Mary Beth Huba (vice-president) called the meeting to order
at 12: 05 p.m.
The Board discussed the letter of request for grant funds
to be sent by the Georgetown Public Library Board in cooperation with
the Ten County Adult Education Ace co-op, to the Texas Education
Agency.
Morton King moved to send the letter of request. Jean-
Marie Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 12: 15 p.m.
