• Market and promote the city and amenities consistent with the purposes and duties as set forth in
the bylaws
4. Develop long-range goals and programs for the Corporation. Appoint standing or ad hoc

9. Make recommendations and advise the City Council on matters requiring Council action or
direction as prepared by staff for Council consideration

be lawful. 2. To create, make and issue notes, mortgages, bonds, deeds of trust, trust agreements and
negotiable or transferable instruments and securities, secured by mortgage or deed of trust on any real

same. 3. To sell or lease the real personal property of the Corporation on such terms the board may see
