KNOW ALL iZN BY THM PRESENTS, That
of said County and State, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have this days and do by these presents sell, convey
and grant unto the City of Georgetown,' Texas, an easement or right-of-way

and authority to make such repairs, if any, to said sewer, drainage and
water piping whenever, from any reason, it shall become necessary.
