v illiams of the said County and State, for and in consideration of
the sum of one dollar to us cash in hand paid, and the other covenents

by these presents do bargain grant sell and convey unto the City of
Georgetown, Texas, an,,,easmient and right-of-way, for an electric light
and power line , and connections therewith, alon and over the south
potion of all certain land owned by me and in Which I hold an interest,
IVing and being situated in Williar;:ison County, imediately north of State
Tri
P;o. 20 22orth of Georgetown, from the point :here the Paid road
turns in an easterly dircetion after crossing the San Gabriel Rivers;
the potion of said line hereunder consideration, be ih hat porion there-
of, between electric light poles on the Yrs. E. E. (- I. 2;". ) 101 illiams
home lot to the Joe B. Edvrards home lot, facing on the said Highway; and
covering all of my land in any manner affected. by the said. line; and
I do hereby give and grant ingress and egress to and over any and all
of my lands to the Pull and. proper extent in any manner incident to
the erection, maintananee, upkeep and repair of said lines, and con-
neotions therewith, unto the said. City, its successors en& assigns for-
ever.
That the

City, covenents and
agrees,
that
in
the
event that
in the future
any
buildi „s should. be
erected
upon
t:ny
of
the said land:
any th-t any pole or poles, of the said line. intevefered therewith,
or interfered with the driveway thereto, that the. said City will move
dana reset rich Dole or poles so that the same will not interfere with
such driveway or build.in-s.
That the said City, covenents and. agrees, that it vrill at its ovm
expense, connect it said line with any dwelling, (not to excede one, and
not to excede a distance of 1000 feet) that my hereafter be erected
on the grantors lands, crossed by the right -of --ray and easment herein
granters.
That the conenehts above set out, shall run with the land and with
the franchise granted, and the acceptance of this f'anchise , is burdened
with+the said covinents. �` W
