Mra.J•E•Bullook of said County and State, for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollars to me in hand paid, the reeeipt whereof
Is hereby acknowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell,
convey and grant unto the City of Geor#etown, Texas, an easement or
right-of-way in and through all that certain lot or parcel of land,
