KNOW ALL I= BY THESE PRESENTS, That I
no. Cluck of said County and State, for and in consideration of the,,,
sum of One I Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have this day, and.do by 'these presents sell,
convey and grant unto the City of Georgetown, Texas, an easement or
right-of-way in and through all that certain lot or parcel of hand,
to -wits
Lot 1 Plock 4
located in said City, with the right -of agrees, ingress and regress in
and to the same and with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage
and water piping in and through the aforesaid described property, plac-
ing same so it will be to the depth of Tw1r=3 feet under the surface
thereof; giving to the said City and its assigns and successors the
right, power and authority to make such repairs ,if any, 'to said sewer,
drainage and water piping whenever, from any reason,;J't shall become

necessary.

Williamson County, Texas, on this day personally appeared , John Oluck
and Ida T. Cluck , his wife better known to me
to be the persons whose names is subscribed to the foregoing instrument,

and acknowledged to me that she executed the same for the purposes and
consideration therein expressed, and the said Ida T. Cluck

privily and apart from her husband, and having the same fully explained

be her act and deed , and she declared that she had willingly signed the
