KNOW ALL BEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I C, E, Harris, Jr.,
of said County and State, for and in oonsid-
eration of the sum of 01.00 (one dollar) to me in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day, and do by
these presents sell and convey and grant unto the City of George-
town., Texas, an easement or right-of-way in and through all that
certain lot or parcel of land to wit:
Being out of and a part of Outlot 8, of the City of Georgetown,
and being a part of the William Addison Survey Patent No. 775,
of Williamson County, Texas; Beginning at a point in my West
property line 145 feet South of the North-West Corner for the
beginning point hereof: Thence Fast 395 feet more or less to
my East property line same being the West line of the Hutto
Road, said point being 90 feet South of my North-East Corner.
Located in said City, with the right of agress, ingress and regress
in and to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer,
drainage and water piping in and through the aforesaid property,'
plaoing"same so it will be to the depth of 6 feet under the surface
thereof; giving to the said City snd its assigns and successors the
right, power and authority to make such repairs, if any, to said
sewer, drainage and water piping wherever, from reason, it shall
become necessary,

from her husband, and having the same fully explained to her, she,
the said Mrs. C. E. Harris, Jr., acknowledges such instrument
to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly
signed the same for the purposes and consideration therein
stated, and that she did not wish to retract it,
