which is hereby acknowledged and confessed;
have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said City Of
Georgetown, for street purposes,

tract or rate parcel of land lying to the South of the Nolan Addition to the
City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas. Said tract or parcel is
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner hereof, which corner is located
on the South boundary line of said Nolan Addition N 73 deg E 117.86 feet
from a concrete monument which marks the Southwest corner of said Nolan
Addition, as recorded in Book 2, at Page,17, of the Plat Records -of
Williamson County Texas, and which subdivision corner in also an outlot
common corner, the Southwest corner of Outlot No. 10 and the Southeast
corner of Outlot No. 9 on the North boundary line of 0utlot No. 8. -all

of said Outlots being in Outlot Subdivision B, City of Georgetown, Wil_
liamson County, Texas, which point of beginning is the intersection of
the West boundary line of Vine Street with the South boundary line of
said Nolan Addition;
THENCE S 18 deg 56 min E 353.1 feet to a point in a fence for the
Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE with said fence N 62 deg 07 min 8 50.6 feet to a point in
said fence, for the Southeast corner hereof;
THENCE N 18 deg 56 min W 343.6 feet to a point, the point of inter
section of the East boundary line of Vine Street with the South boundary
line Of said Nolan Addition, for the Northeast boundary corner hereof;
THENCE S ?3 deg 0 min W 50.0 feet to the point of beginning, the
Northwest corner hereof, as surveyed April 30, 1952, by The MARVIN TURNER
Engineers.
